Do you have work worry?

Worry is optional.

When I talk to lawyers, worry is often their default mode.

They worry about checking their email, missing a deadline, or whether they should fire an associate.

Worry is a way of procrastinating.

Worry prevents momentum towards desired outcomes.

Worry is the opposite of making a decision.

When we make decisions we propel ourselves forward and take action.
