#143: Using Goals Against Yourself

If you're using goals against yourself, you're sabotaging your ability to accomplish your goal.

This phenomena more common than you think.

It's especially easy to fall into this trap when you're a Type A lawyer who wants to get more done.

When we do four of the actions I talk about in this episode, we sabotage the results we want to achieve, and we create a false sense of anxiety and urgency that feels horrible.

Not only that, but it kills our efficiency, so we lose a LOT of time.

Today I'm walking you through the signs that you're using your goals against yourself, and I'll help you use goals the way they were meant to be used.

Accomplishing what you set out to do will be more enjoyable (and take less time) when you take this episode to heart. Listen in.
