I know you want to reach your goals, my friend.

Sometimes your goals can be so big that you're afraid to say it out loud. You're not even sure you want to share it because you think that people will think you're crazy.

Sometimes those dreams scare us so much that we freeze in our tracks.

That's normal.

We freeze because our ancient, reptilian brain wants to keep us safe.
