Words reflect what we believe and determine what we get in life. Life doesn’t just happen to us. We create the results we receive.
If we’re committed to reducing stress and to changing negative feelings into positive ones, then we need to commit to becoming aware of everything we do including the words we use.
When we step back to see what words we're using, and how they impact our world, we can make the important incremental changes that will make the difference in the results we see in our lives.
