Below you’ll find some of my favorite things when it comes to health, wellness, business and more.
Everything I’ve listed I’ve vetted personally. I wouldn’t list it unless I absolutely love it and use it daily.
Lots of love,
Dina
Creature Comforts
Mishka’s Coffee & Tea Lab
Dark roast is my absolute favorite coffee, and Mishka’s dark roast is fabulous. It hits the big three for me: dark roast, organic, and fair trade.
You can get Mishka’s dark roast on their website.

I use these ALL the time. When I’m on flights, they help calm my nerves. When I’m at the coffee shop, they help me concentrate.
Bose gives a discount for first time buyers when you sign up for their email list, and they also trade in old pairs for a partial refund on new purchases.
You can take a look at them here.

Mix and heat up this chai concentrate with your favorite nut milk for a lovely (healthier) alternative to hot chocolate. This is one of my favorite chais.
Office Supplies!
If you’re like me, you’re an office supply nerd. 🤓 Here are some of my favorites right now.
For planning my marketing and podcast episodes for the year, I love using this dry erase yearly calendar. That way I can see where I’m overloading my calendar or bumping up too close to a vacation. This will help you spread projects out.
I use Google Calendar to do my long-term planning like appointments, but I like to plan my weeks using a hard copy calendar. I found this calendar that fits all my needs, and I think it’ll fit your needs too.
If you do a lot of Zoom calls, this is a must-have. It’s an adjustable lift that allows you to perfectly align your laptop to your seating. For a long time, I stacked books under my laptop to show my best angle. Not anymore. Another winner.
I’ve given these to my friends and clients. They’re classic, simple and lovely.
A bit of a splurge, but this is the best pen I’ve ever used. Warning, you’ll get lots of compliments on them, and they may “walk away.”
Books that Make You Think
Some of these I’ve gifted to clients and friends. Others have enhanced my life with self-study.
Boundary Boss: The Essential Guide to Talk True, Be Seen, and (Finally) Be Free by Terry Cole
The Kybalion – This little black book is for philosophers and seekers. Highly recommend.
The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles by Bruce Lipton. If you want to know more about the science behind healing using your mind, this book is for you. I return to it over and over again.
I hope this post gave you ideas to treat yourself and maybe some stocking stuffer ideas for your favorite people and lawyers in your life.
Happy holidays!
Dina
