What if a video won't download?
First, I apologize. I want you to have a great experience and tech troubles are frustrating. My videos are hosted by Kajabi, and they have the occasional glitch.
Second, try refreshing your page to see if that works.
If that doesn't work, try clearing your cookies.

What if I can't make a live call?
Each call is recorded and will be saved in the portal. You'll get an email announcement when it is ready to view.
What if I can't download a PDF?
Please email us at di**@*********do.com and let us know which document isn't loading. We'll fix it.
What if I have a question about the content?
You can ask questions in the comment section of the video where you have a question, so everyone can benefit from the answer to your question, and/or it can be addressed in the next live coaching call.
