• Have a pen and notepad at the ready, so we can dig right in.
• As a SPECIAL BONUS, I'll record this sessions, and I'll give you a copy of it. It's helpful to go back and listen to our session afterwards because you'll pick up on things you may have missed or reinforced something you needed to hear.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Because my time (and yours) is precious, please know that cancellation and refund fees may apply if you don't cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. Not only do these policies ensure that I can spend more time coaching clients who want to be coached, it also ensures that you're in integrity with yourself.

If you cancel your session less than 48 hours prior to our session, you will receive a $250 refund.

If you wish to reschedule during that 48 hours prior to our session, then you'll only be charged a $20 rescheduling fee.

If you rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to our session, you will NOT be charged a rescheduling fee.

A further breakdown of the refund policy:

Cancel > 48 hours before our session = Receive a full refund

Cancel < 48 hours before our session = $47 charge ($250 refunded to you)

Reschedule > 48 hours before our session = No fee

Reschedule < 48 hours = $20 fee
