About me

I was working 50-70 hour weeks as a criminal prosecutor when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 29.

When chemo seemed like a vacation, I knew I needed to do something differently.

When I did, I built a coaching practice and a podcast without the overwhelm while working as a full-time prosecutor.

Now I help lawyers who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are procrastinating on their dreams change their lives for the better.
