There's a Seldom Talked About Problem in the Law Stealing Your Time, Energy and Focus:

😡 Low-Grade Anger 😡

You have a practice with steady clients and work you enjoy most of the time.

But something isn't right.

You feel annoyed and frustrated most of your day.

You put on a happy face, and you're pretty sure people don't notice, but what they don't know is you're seething.

You're tired of being expected to work long hours and constantly check email with little reward.

You're tired of people interrupting your focus time because you can't get anything done.

You're tired of staff setting appointments when you had other priorities planned.

Not only this, but your frustrations are spilling into your home life.

You get home, already exhausted from work, and now you're responsible for everything at home too.

You don't get the support you want, and you're tired of arguing with your partner.

What you need is a different approach — a way to diffuse the time bomb inside you, so you can stay focused and get your work handled.

That's what this new workshop is all about.

I'm shining a spotlight on what's really eating at you (hint: it's not the work) and solving these issues once and for all.

Your freedom (and sanity) is on the other side of this workshop.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️

This won't be a "sit back and relax" kind of training.

In this workshop I'll be asking you to face uncomfortable truths head on, and in the process transform yourself and your law practice.

It will require you show up and answer questions, and those answers may feel uncomfortable.

Growth is always on the other side of discomfort.

You'll see the problems more clearly and know exactly what you need to do next.

Tired of feeling low-grade anger all day, and want to see real change?

Register for this workshop, and mark your calendar now.

It's happening Thursday, July 31st,

9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern

This Workshop is for you if...

  • You’ve tried to “be nicer,” “wait it out,” or “deal with it,” but those strategies aren't preventing frustration

  • You want more peace in your law practice and home life

  • Feeling low-grade anger every day is not how you want to live your life

  • You want control over your practice instead of your practice feeling like it controls you

  • You work longer hours than you want to but are secretly terrified everything will fall apart if you don't

This resonate with you?

Re-Energize Yourself and Your Practice

As a former criminal prosecutor, I used to feel low-grade anger all day long.

It showed up in a lot of different ways for me, but here are a few ways to know if you're suffering with low-grade anger:

  • when you get emails from opposing counsel, your first reaction is to think they're an idiot and wasting your time
  • you let out big sighs of annoyance throughout your day
  • you feel your heart pounding and your anger rising each time someone walks through your door with yet another request
  • when you're frustrated, you go to a confidante and vent about all the reasons your boss/client/assistant is doing you wrong
  • you give up on telling your staff what you want because you figure they're never going to get it, and it's faster if you do it yourself

Think about what low-grade anger is costing you.

😡 The energy wasted ruminating about how your day went sideways.

😡 The time wasted seething at your desk as you read yet another email from opposing counsel.

😡 The exhaustion that overcomes you after a day of putting out fires.

😡 The hours down the drain doing tasks your assistant should be doing.

Is this hitting home?

If so, I want you to know that feeling frustrated or angry doesn't mean anything about you as a human.

If you're living in low-grade anger, all it means is you simply haven't learned the skills you need to manage your mind and diffuse the anger before it impacts your practice and life.

I'm not talking about putting on a fake smile and pretending everything is "fine."

I'm talking about getting at the root of the problems, so you're no longer angry. That's what we're doing in this workshop.

How's that sound to you?

Changes you'll see after this workshop:

🔥 You'll know exactly what you want from other people and communicate it more confidently.

When you don't know what you want, you can't communicate it. This puts staff, colleagues, and family in the impossible position of trying to read your mind. This lack of communication creates unnecessary frustrations. You'll solve for these during our time together.

🔥 You'll drop the guilt for saying "no" and asking for help.

🔥 You’ll create boundaries that actually stick and give you back your time.

🔥 You’ll uncover hidden causes of frustration that zap your energy by the end of the day.

🔥 You'll have more time to work on what's most important in your practice.
