I know the 70 hour weeks, sleepless nights, and feeling that I didn't know how I could possibly work hard enough to catch up with everything on my plate.

My wake-up call? A breast cancer diagnosis at 29. When chemo seemed like a vacation compared to being a lawyer, I took a hard look at how I lived my life.

I needed to drastically reduce my stress levels. But I'm ambitious! I wasn't going to take a nap the rest of my life.

I designed a unique framework that worked in my life to reduce stress and follow my ambitions. Not only could I continue being a criminal prosecutor, I could design my day to incorporate creating a business I loved.

I didn't take a magic pill. I created a framework allowing me to do more of what I loved — and less of what I didn't — with more ease.
